Relax by the shared pool (shared with only one other unit) 💦(added in 2022, providing the perfect place to cool off and unwind after a day at the beach. Unwind on the large outdoor decks, or take the short stroll across the street to enjoy the sugar-white sand and emerald waters.
Inside, you'll find updated flooring throughout, a comfortable open-concept living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and TVs in every bedroom. The primary suite features a private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. ☕🌅

• Shared pool with one other unit
• Explore the options for monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February by contacting us. Sea Watch promises a delightful retreat for your beach getaway!
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Dogs are welcome, with a $125 non-refundable pet fee+taxes and a limit of 1 dog up to 75 pounds.
• Parties are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

Pre-Payment Policy:To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
