Parking
• On-site parking for a maximum of three vehicles.
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• Dogs are permitted — up to 2 dogs of any size. Rottweilers and Pit Bulls are not allowed. Pet fee- $125+tax per pet

• Gulf State Park – A large beachfront park featuring hiking and biking trails, fishing pier, picnic areas, and scenic nature views.
• Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo – Known as “The Little Zoo That Could,” it’s home to over 100 species and interactive animal encounters.
• The Track Family Fun Park – A family entertainment center with go-karts, mini-golf, bumper boats, and arcade games.
• Waterville USA – A 20-acre water and amusement park offering water slides, wave pool, and roller coasters.
• Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail – A network of paved trails through nine different ecosystems, great for walking or biking.
