• The primary guest should be at least 21 years of age on the day of arrival.
• A refundable damage deposit of $150 will be charged upon your stay. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided no damage is found in the unit.

Pre-Payment Policy:To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
