Welcome to Villa #21, your 2nd-story Paradise!
As you climb one flight of stairs and enter through the gate to the rooftop deck, you'll feel the change in temperature from a light breeze as you gaze above Tyler Avenue and Cape Canaveral!
Bright light floods the open living space from the terrace into the Bedrooms.
Newly furnished with everything to make your stay comfortable; Villa #21 has large tile throughout the entire home, updated kitchen appliances, countertop bar space, a large dining room table, and custom Italian leather sofa.
Plenty of outdoor furniture on the rooftop deck for enjoying the balmy Florida nights.
Sip coffee in the morning sun and listen to the waves or relax up top and watch the sunset... or maybe even enjoy a SpaceX rocket launch from your very own Villa!
Washer and dryer are located in the home.

The downstairs backyard is our shared outdoor garden area with lounge chairs, tables, and hammocks for relaxing in the shade. WE provide all towels, linens, beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas. Just bring your bathing suit!

Villa #21 is upstairs and there is no elevator. Guests should be able to climb one flight of stairs comfortably.
Pets are allowed, 1 pet maximum, no weight restrictions, with $80 pet fee.
The entire rooftop deck is for Villa #21 guests only.

Things to know
• Arrive between 4:00 PM - Self check-in; once digital registration has been completed, and the room is cleaned by housekeeping, you will receive an electronic door code.
• Please leave before 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.
• Late Checkout Hours: 12:00 PM
• Late Checkout Fee: USD 50.00
• Private bathroom.
• A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be charged upon your stay. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided no damage is found in the unit.
House rules
• Please rinse off excess sand when returning from the beach. We do our best to keep the Villas as sand-free as possible!
• Smoking, vaping, and e‑cigarettes are not allowed in any rooms. Smoking is only allowed outside, away from the building.
• If using the shared beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas, please shake off excess sand before returning to storage.
• Upon departure, please wash all used kitchen items, throw trash away, and take them to the bins outside.
• Pets are allowed, 2 pets maximum, no weight restrictions, with $150 pet fee.
• We require all guests to upload a photo of their government-issued ID for our online check-in process. We do not have a physical front desk/hotel lobby, so we require our guests to complete their check-in through a link. The link is sent 24 hours before check-in (or as early as possible for late bookings) and must be completed before your door code is given. Please make sure you are ok with a simple, digital check-in process before booking.

Pre-Payment Policy:To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 30 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
