• Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. House rules
• No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without approval.
• Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Parties are not allowed.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

Rental was really nice and clean. Only downside was that the property we had they didn’t disclose the wristband/resort fee until the day before
