This property is composed of 9 distinct units, along with a lobby, spread across three buildings. The complex is securely enclosed behind an iron entry gate, and each guest is provided with a personalized access code. Every unit boasts its own private exterior door entrance with keypad entry and daily access to the shared Lagniappe Lobby.

House rules
• NO SMOKING/VAPING: This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke on the property, inside or outside, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee and any damages incurred.
• NO PETS: Pets are not allowed on our property. If you are found to have brought a pet you will be charged a $250-$500 cleaning fee and will be asked to leave.
• No parties or events
