* Please make it a habit to remove your shoes when entering the room. A slipper rack is available beside the main door.
* Please always TURN OFF the air conditioner when not in use and whenever you go out to help save electricity.
* During your stay, Please dispose of your garbage ONLY in the designated area on the 3rd floor, near the other elevator. — The building admin charges a penalty for throwing trash in the wrong area (CCTV is active).
* WiFi Password: September30
* Swimming Pool: Available Monday to Wednesday only. ₱200 per person per day. It is located in ground floor.
* Gym is available every Monday to Friday for visitors . ₱100 per person per day. It is located in Skydeck.
* Kindly take care of all furniture and appliances. Any broken, stained or damaged items after check-out will be charged accordingly.
* Upon check-out, please make sure to leave the unit in the same condition as when you arrived. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
* Check-out time is at 1:00 PM.
* Please inform us the day before if you are planning to extend your stay (extensions are not allowed if we have a next guest scheduled).
