• Parking details for Gulf Shores Plantation Resort Conference Center facility:
Parking passes are per vehicle, per number of nights. They must be pre-purchased through https://sites.google.com/rccgulfshores.com/home/rccparking
Pre-registration and parking passes are unique to each guest's vehicle and are required. The guard, at the guard house will request a printed registration and parking pass receipt. There will be a maximum of two parking passes for the property and pre-registration must match the occupancy of the property.
Charges are $25 to $60 based on length of stay.
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

• The Wharf at Orange Beach: A bustling entertainment district with shopping, dining, and live music. The Wharf features a marina, a Ferris wheel, and a cinema, making it a great spot for evening outings.
• Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail: A scenic trail system that winds through Gulf State Park and offers opportunities for biking, hiking, and wildlife viewing. The trails are well-maintained and suitable for all fitness levels.
• Dolphin Cruises: Several local operators offer boat tours that provide the chance to see playful dolphins in their natural habitat. These cruises are a wonderful way to experience the Gulf's marine life up close.
• The Hangout: A lively beachfront restaurant and entertainment venue known for its fun atmosphere, live music, and delicious seafood. The Hangout hosts various events and festivals throughout the year.

Pre-Payment Policy: Full payment 100% is required when you book.
Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
