4.No bus or jeepney access in the area.
5.Transportation is available via habal-habal (motorcycle) and tricycle when needed.
House rules
We are pleased to welcome you to Yena’s Inn. To ensure a pleasant, safe, and comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in observing the following house rules:
1.Time in and Time out - Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 NN.
2.Check-In & Room Keys - Room key(s) will be issued upon completion of the guest information form and payment of a 50% room down payment.
3.Room Items & Beddings - Guests are requested to inspect all room items and beddings upon check-in. A staff member may conduct a recheck during check-out to ensure all items are complete and in good condition.
4.Room Care and Cleanliness - Guests are expected to keep the room, bed, and linens clean and well-maintained. In cases of heavy stains, damage, or improper use, a cleaning or replacement fee of Php 500.00 may be charged.
5.Number of Guests - For safety and comfort, only the registered number of guests is allowed per room. Additional guests may be subject to extra charges.
6.Payment Reminder - The remaining 50% balance must be settled at least one (1) hour before check-out.
7.Personal Belongings - While we take reasonable measures to maintain security, Yena’s Inn shall not be held liable for lost, misplaced, or unattended personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep valuables secured at all times.
8.Respect & Responsibility - Guests are expected to respect the property and fellow guests. Any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, misconduct, or accidents will be charged to the responsible guest.
9. Pet Policy - For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed within the rooms and premises.
10. Lost Room Keys - A replacement fee of Php 200.00 will be charged for lost room keys.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Partially refundable – 5 days
The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after the reservation and the total price of the reservation if they cancel 5 days before arrival.
Prepayment policy:
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after the reservation and the remaining amount 5 days before arrival.
