• Parties, gatherings, or loud activities are strictly prohibited.
• Please keep noise to a minimum, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, to respect neighbors.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A penalty fee may apply if this rule is violated.
• Please treat the unit, furniture, and appliances with care. Guests will be responsible for any damage or missing items.
• Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will be reported immediately.
• Guests must follow all building policies and regulations during their stay.
• Minimum age to book the unit is 21.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
