As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, please keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it! If you have any questions or need help with directions, feel free to reach out. Safe travels and we can’t wait to host you!
• Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
House rules
• 6 guests maximum

• Adult renters must be over the age of 25. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by parents and/or adults over the age of 25, who make up the majority of the party. Our cabin is meant for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, so we do not allow disruptive gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, loud celebrations, or any events that may disturb the tranquility of the space. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our home and neighbors
• Per our insurance policy and to complete the reservation process, we are required to have a copy of YOUR photo ID. We also will need a list of guests and ages as well.
• Any pets (for non-pet-friendly cabins) or extra people brought to the cabin are a rules violation and will result in an extra charge of $500 and immediate removal with no refund.
• Guest late check out is billed at $50/hour round up every 30 min.
• Smoking tobacco/marijuana/other inside is a $500 fee
