Our Sandcastle Birch Bay hotel is an idyllic location for a relaxing vacation. We offer 26 comfortable condo-style rooms, available year-round. We are located across the street from the beach, so you won't have to travel far to see incredible scenery, you'll only have to worry about relaxing.
Come and enjoy a vacation in nature at our hotel near Blaine Washington, Birch Bay State Park and 45 minutes drive from Vancouver airport, we are waiting for you!

• WiFi Fee for Additional Devices: $4.95/day, $15.95/10 days
• Damage deposit of $250 per accommodation, per stay, which is refundable upon check-out, subject to inspection.
• Housekeeping: Complimentary housekeeping is provided only to extended stays every 8th day when arranged at check-in. Fresh linens and cleaning amenities are available upon request.
• Room assignments will be determined at the time of check-in. Views from the windows cannot be guaranteed.
• The minimum age required for "check-in" is 21 years. At the time of registration, a valid identification of all guests and the confirmation slip will be required.

• You will not be able to park your RV, boat, or recreational vehicle in the parking lot at Sandcastle at Birch Bay. This is due to a recent change in policy from the Gold Star Association, which owns the resort's parking lot. Recreational vehicles parked at the resort will be towed by the Gold Star Association. Moving forward, you will not be able to park your recreational vehicle at the resort. Your recreational vehicle can be stored, for a fee, at Birch Bay Business Park & Storage, located about two miles from the resort.

• NO SMOKING in unit as well as the balcony.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.

A beautiful golf course offering a challenging game with stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
• Blaine Marine Park – Distance: Approximately 7 miles
A lovely park with walking trails, picnic areas, and views of the harbor. Great for leisurely walks and bird watching.

Pre-Payment Policy:To secure your booking, we require a 30%pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 5 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 5 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
