• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• Suitable for children (2-12 years).
• Suitable for infants (under 2 years).
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• It is prohibited to have any non-functioning vehicles in the parking lot.
• It is prohibited to wash any vehicle or vessel in the parking lot.

• Grand Caribbean is perfectly situated in the heart of Orange Beach, putting you close to everything you need for a fun and convenient stay. Just a short drive west, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and everyday essentials, including local favorites, grocery stores, and coffee spots.
• Directly across the street, Coastal Restaurant offers beautiful Gulf views and relaxed outdoor seating, making it a great spot to grab a bite and soak in the scenery. The property is also ideally located along the southeastern edge of Gulf State Park, perfect for exploring nature, biking, or enjoying scenic trails.
• For family-friendly fun, Adventure Island is just about a mile away, while popular attractions like Waterville USA and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo are only a short drive. If you’re up for a quick trip, OWA Parks & Resort and Tropic Falls indoor waterpark in Foley are well worth the visit and easily accessible within about 20 minutes.

Pre-Payment Policy:To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
