• On a first-come, first-served basis
Things to know
• Valid Goverment issued IDs of all guests must be given upon booking of the unit so we can secure their Guest Authorization pass.
• There are events venue available. Advance arrangements need to be made. Separate fees for this.
• We need you to provide us with a copy of your valid ID and of each guests at least 3 business days before check-in. These are needed to secure your Check-in Authorization passes to be presented to the Security guard upon check-in.
• For short-term lease of 28 nights up, the rental is inclusive of utility bills as follows
- Meralco bill up to Php4,000 (guest pays the excess) ,
- HOA dues, water bill, and Postpaid PLDT Fiber Internet Service (fast WiFi)
- Free Use of a Baby Bath. It's available upon request (advance notice)
- Kid's carriage/stroller (birth to 22 kgs) Php100/day rental fee. Inform us ahead if you need one.
• There is a designated Smoking Area in Gate 3 & 2
• Early check-in / late check-out is allowed if the time slot is available. Pay an Extra fee of Php200/hour or a fraction thereof. Prior notice is required.
