Parking
• Paid self-parking is available at the adjacent Boulevard South Lot ($23 usd per day). Valet parking is available but limited so reservations are recommended ($25 usd per day). Please note that neither location can accommodate oversized vehicles.
Things to know
• Front desk service is available 24/7.
• Taxis and limousine services are available at the airport at reasonable rates. Shuttle buses are also offered. Taxis are easy to find along the Strip, and a trolley runs back and forth between the casinos and hotels.
• Delivery services such as DHL and FedEx are available at the resort. The first package under 5 pounds is free. Additional packages under 5 pounds cost $5 each. Packages weighing between 5 and 10 pounds are charged $10 each.
• Housekeeping Service Fees:
Studio Unit: $48 per night
1-Bedroom Unit: $64 per night
2-Bedroom Unit: $113 per night
Guests staying 5 or more nights receive a daily towel exchange and a mid-week cleaning. Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon arrival for a small fee.
• There is no on-site restaurant. However, an order-in menu is available in the rooms, with service offered daily starting at 11 AM. The mini mart is open every day from 6 AM to midnight.
• All reservations must be held with a valid credit card and a valid credit card must be presented when checking in. Prior to arrival, the credit card on file will be authorized for the full anticipated amount of your stay, including a security deposit of $250. After departure, any unused funds will be released to you according to your credit company's policy and bank's processing of returned funds.
• Laundry facilities are available on-site.

• Parcel deliveries will be accepted only for guests currently in-house or checking in, and only if received 3–5 days prior to arrival. A surcharge may apply. Any deliveries received after a guest’s stay, or those that cannot be matched to a guest, will be returned to the sender after 90 days. The property is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods.
• A daily $28 plus tax resort charge will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). It includes: Basic guest internet; PressReader access; board games; barbecue equipment; 50% off Rodizio at local dining Pampas; $15 off 1 hour massage or body treatment.
• Polo Towers in Las Vegas is undergoing a significant construction project that involves transforming the former Hawaiian Marketplace into a shopping and dining facility, according to Polo Towers Villas. This project, known as BLVD Las Vegas, is expected to create a new shopping, dining, and entertainment destination in front of the resort. The construction work includes the steel structure, which will begin in early September and may cause increased noise and utility interruptions.
House rules
• Pets are not allowed. However, service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws. While documentation is not required, if the need for a service animal is not readily apparent, guests may be asked relevant questions to confirm eligibility. Service animals must not be left unattended, must remain under control at all times, and must not cause damage to the property or unit. If excessive cleaning is required after check-out, an additional fee may apply.
