Parking

• A parking registration email will be sent after booking • $60 per pass if purchased prior to arrival (via VRPS link) • $70 per pass if purchased on the day of arrival

Things to know

• Fitness center access is located at Phoenix IV (4-person max); access code available at Phoenix III • Beach towels are not provided • Front desk hours are from 8 AM to 6 PM. • Exterior security cameras may be present for safety (none inside units) • From March 1 to May 1, the minimum check-in age is 25 • No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules

House rules

• Same-day late check-ins require host approval • No smoking in the unit or on the balcony (violations incur a $400 fine plus cleaning costs) • Quiet hours are enforced: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. • No parties or events ($500 fine for violations) • Must be at least 22 years old to rent • Photo ID required after booking • Guests assume responsibility for personal belongings and safety during their stay • For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

    Pre-Payment Policy:To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.

    Cancellation Policy:Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
