• Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
• No smoking inside the house. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
• Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash and under control at all times.
• Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly.
• Dispose of garbage in the provided bins. Recycling is encouraged.
• Be responsible for any damages caused to the property during your stay.
• Report any issues or damages to the management immediately.
• No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool area.
• No diving or running near the pool for safety reasons.
• Please shower before entering the pool to maintain water cleanliness.
• No glass containers or food in the pool area to avoid accidents and contamination.
