• Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to book. • All guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. • Check-ins after 10:00 PM require prior approval before booking. • Same-day reservations may require up to an 8-hour lead time before check-in. • Please bring personal items such as shampoo, soap, washcloths, coffee, extra trash bags, and any additional supplies you may need during your stay. • This is a private one-bedroom apartment located within a building that shares a common entry hallway with four other apartments. • Attraction hours and operations may vary based on season and weather; please check directly with local venues before arrival.

Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines. ESA requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on animal size, breed, and staff allergy concerns. Advance approval is required, along with a non-refundable $75 fee. • No extra beds or sleeping arrangements may be added. • Please keep personal belongings stored properly and off floors to help prevent accidental damage.
