• Street parking only w/ provided street parking pass for one car. If you will be traveling in something more untraditional, such as a golf cart or motorcycle, then please contact the city marshal’s office to inquire about parking requirements in residential-only restricted areas for such vehicles.
• There is a $500 replacement cost for all lost & stolen parking passes

• Absolutely no house parties allowed. No unauthorized guest at anytime. No more guest in room than room sleeps at anytime. Respect other guest. Violation of any of these house rules will result in removal from the property without refund. Thank you in advance for following all house rules.
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
