🏠 General Rules • Please help us maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone in the building. • Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted without prior approval. • Please do not allow unauthorized persons into the building or unit. • Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay. • Pets are not allowed. 🔇 Noise & Quiet Hours • Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and be considerate of neighbors at all times. 🚭 Smoking • Smoking is not permitted inside the suite or on the balcony. • Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas. 🍽️ Kitchen & Food • Reheating food only; cooking is not allowed. Please keep the kitchen area clean after use. • Fresh seafood is not allowed to be stored in the freezer to help prevent strong odors. • Please keep food properly sealed and avoid leaving food or crumbs exposed. • Please dispose of garbage properly and take it out before going to sleep to help prevent ants and cockroaches. ❄️ Air Conditioning • In Manila's tropical climate, please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the unit to help prevent leaks. • Please maintain the air conditioning temperature at 24°C to help prevent leaks. 🛋️ Furniture & Property • Please treat all furniture, appliances, and fixtures with care. • Do not move furniture without permission. • Please do not use towels or linens to clean makeup, shoes, spills, or other stains. 🔑 Keys & Access Cards • Lost keys, access cards, or other building property will incur replacement charges based on the actual replacement cost and service quotation. 🧹 Damage & Missing Items • Please report any accidental damage or missing items to us as soon as possible. • Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage, or permanent stains caused during their stay. Reasonable repair, replacement, or cleaning costs may apply. • Additional charges may apply for significant damage or loss. 🚪 Security • Please make sure all doors and windows are securely closed when leaving the unit.
