• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. • This cabin is a duplex with two separate units that can be booked individually or together as one property.

House rules

• NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the cabin • A $350.00 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking in the property is detected. • NO PARTIES/EVENTS • Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. (no outside spa use is allowed during these hours) • No amplified music or media is allowed outside at any time. • Follow trash disposal directions we provide. (trash disposal policies are set by the city/county) • Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $40+taxes pet fee. No cats permitted. • No pets left at the cabin alone. (please ask us if you have any questions about this)
