• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Rollaway beds, cribs, beach chairs, and umbrellas are subject to availability and should be requested 2 days prior to arrival.
House rules
• NO PARTIES or excessive noise. Guests agree to observe quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am.
• NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odor.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within 100-mile radius of Sunny Isles are required to book a minimum of a 2-night stay and pay $300 damage deposit.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Pet Policy
We accept dogs only. NO violent breeds.
2 dogs per unit max. Maximum weight limit is 25 lbs.
All dogs must remain on the leash while in public spaces. The dog owner must pick up all waste. Dogs must not exhibit excessive barking or other disturbing behaviors. The dog owner is responsible for all damages in the property caused by the pet.
