Start your day by watching the dolphins play from the private balcony with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, or walk only a few steps down to the famous gulf-front Sea-n-Suds restaurant to enjoy some amazing seafood paired with cold brews.
There are a variety of other dining and entertainment options available by just walking across the street. Savor on some delicious pancakes in the Pancake House located at the Best Western. Or don’t forget to stop by The Hangout, a beachfront seafood restaurant in Gulf Shores, known for its fresh Gulf seafood, live music, family events & fun.
This incredibly charming and cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comes with a private balcony with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico! The balcony has access not only from the living room but also your own master bedroom, making it easy for you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee overlooking the beautiful sunrise or enjoying a drink or two while taking in the views of the sunset against the blue of the gulf water. The master bedroom has a king size bed, guestroom has a queen size bed, and living room features a sleeper sofa and a murphy bed.

Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30% pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
