And this wonderful condo inside Crystal Towers allows you to do just that. With Gulf and Lagoon views, access to soft sandy beaches, as well as other community amenities, such as pools, hot tubs and fitness center you will have an unforgettable experience.
As a guest of Crystal Towers, you will enjoy three pools, two outdoor and one indoor. The Lagoon side of the property has an indoor pool, one of the outdoor pools, and a hot tub. The other pool lies on the Gulf side of the property via the covered walkway.
Located on the 15th floor of the building, this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comes with everything you need to call it home away from home. There is an elevator that provides access to both the walkway to the beach and the room. The kitchen is completely stocked if you wish to make a home-cooked meal. There are a full-size washer and dryer in the unit and TVs in both rooms and the living room.
Crystal Tower condominiums are conveniently located close to amusement parks, zip-line, fishing, golfing and more. It is only 6.8 miles from Gulf Shores Sports Complex, 8.5 miles from the Orange Beach Sportsplex, and 11.5 miles from the Foley Sportsplex and OWA Amusement Park. Zoo.

Parking Information (Effective April 1, 2025):
• Parking fees are collected by the condominium association upon arrival (card payments only, no cash).
• Max 2 vehicles per reservation (strictly enforced).
Rates per vehicle:
• $20/day for the first 3 days (max $60 per stay).
• Free from Day 4-7.
• $5/day from Day 8 onward.
• Winter Rate Cap (Nov–Mar): Max $60 per stay.
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Deposit Policy:We'll charge the full amount upfront 100% after you make a reservation.
Cancellation Policy:Any cancellations after booking will result in a 100% charge.
Moderate
Deposit Policy:After booking, we'll ask for a 30%prepayment, with the remaining amount due 15 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
