β’ For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
β’ Due to fire regulations, grilling is prohibited in the unit or on the balcony. A violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. There are, for your convenience two grills located in the south parking lot.
β’ Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
β’ A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
β’ SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $250 fine. In addition to the fine, there will be a charge for any cleaning costs
β’ NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
β’ Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
β’ Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. If the maximum number of occupants is exceeded, a penalty of $100 will be applied.
β’ House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
β’ You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
β’ Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
β’ No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.

Wifi too slow to be useable. The modem and router in 1803 don't seem to work and the hosteeva wifi is coming from somewhere else.
