This beautiful oceanfront 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with a private balcony will allow you to wake up to the sound of the ocean and the views of sugar-white sandy beach. As a guest of this resort, you’ll enjoy year-round swimming in the spacious indoor pool and soothing indoor whirlpools. Your kiddos can splash their way through their very own indoor pool. And if laps in the pool and swimming in the ocean is not enough to keep you active, there is a fully-equipped fitness center available for your enjoyment.
If you would like to venture out of the resort, there are plenty of crowd favorite attractions, including Sky Wheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, Broadway at the Beach and more! For your convenience, Walmart is located on 38th Avenue.

• Please note: Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

• Please note that the city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
• Please note that routine pest control is performed on the second Tuesday of each month. Technicians may need brief access to the unit to complete their service.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
