Check-in Process

Under the Firm Cancellation Policy, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund. If they cancel between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights booked. For cancellations within 7 days of check-in, the host will receive 100% payment for all nights. Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. 


 

With the Moderate Cancellation Policy, guests can cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund. If the guest cancels after this period, the host will receive payment for the nights the guest stays, plus one extra night. Additionally, the host will receive 50% payment for any nights the guest didn't use.

The Strict Cancellation Policy offers a full refund if the guest cancels within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but outside the 48-hour window, the host will be paid 50% for all nights. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before check-in result in the host receiving 50% payment for the nights booked. National Weather Service (NWS).
The National Weather Service provides accurate and up-to-date weather information. In case we put the Refundable Damage Deposit on hold for your reservation, it will be released 72 hours after the check-out, once the unit is checked.

Parking

• Free parking space at the property. (Parking pass will be provided. There is only one space for this unit.)
• Parking passes and pool bracelets have to be picked up at the front desk to sign the pool waiver, as well as provide cell and car registration info.

Service Animals

Service animals are always allowed in our property in compliance with applicable laws. These animals are specifically trained to perform tasks directly related to an individual's disability, such as guiding someone who is blind or alerting a person to a medical condition.


However, emotional support animals (ESAs) are not permitted at our property if the property is not Pet Friendly. While ESAs provide comfort to their owners, they are not trained to perform specific tasks and are not classified as service animals under laws like the ADA.


We hope this clarification helps avoid any confusion. If you have a service animal, please inform us in advance to ensure a smooth experience during your stay.
