Guest Rental Agreement


<p><strong>Purpose of the Building:</strong> Residential units must not be used as boarding houses, dormitories, or other bed space-type establishments. No business activities open to the public or any other commercial activities are allowed.</p> <p><strong>Facility Usage:</strong> The property is not equipped to function as a medical facility or hospital. All medical treatments must be arranged off-site with appropriate medical professionals. Personal medical equipment is not permitted on the property.</p> <p><strong>Car Pass Guidelines:</strong> Illegal parking is prohibited and will incur a penalty. Use the assigned parking slot during the valid period. The Green Car Pass must be returned upon exiting the parking lot at the end of its validity period. All visitors must register with the front desk. Visitor’s Pass should be returned to the front desk Lost Visitor’s Pass should immediately be reported by the bearer to the Property Management<br><br><strong>Elevators: </strong>Tampering of elevator controls is strictly prohibited.<br><br><strong>Unit Upkeep: </strong>Hanging clotheslines or laundry items on balconies and windows is strictly prohibited<br><br><strong>Noise and Fumes:</strong> Residents and their guests must avoid noisy or boisterous acts that disturb the peace and order within the condominium premises.<br><br><strong>Luggage Storage:</strong> Please note that there is no luggage storage available in the lobby or on the premises. Wekindly ask to make alternative arrangements for their luggage storage before and after their stay and always keep the mailbox securely closed.<br><br><strong>Lobby Usage: </strong>Wekindly ask the guest to limit their time in the lobby to a maximum of 15 minutes. Guests are not allowed to loiter on the condominium premises unless accompanied by resident or authorized representative.<br><br><strong>Pet Policy </strong>: Guest are not allowed to bring pet in the property. Smoke/Vape FREE: The Uptown Parksuites Condominium is a SMOKE/VAPE FREE Building and Establishment in compliance with E.O 26-2017 and Taguig City Ordinance No. 15 of 2017.<br><br><strong>Pool Guideline:</strong> Pool usage is scheduled for Tuesday- Friday (excluding holidays). Weekends and holidays are exclusively for residents and unit owners. Residents can register up to three guests for free pool use Additional guests cost ₱300.00 per person. The pool is closed every Monday for maintenance, except when Monday is a holiday (maintenance will be done the following day).
